Our offer is simple. To the leader who joins us, we offer a program: the training, the experience, the support. To Africa, we offer the leader that program raises. The program is what the individual receives. The leader is what the continent receives.
Our mission is to raise principled, change-driven servant leaders to pioneer Africa’s development and transformation, and to raise as many as possible in the most sustainable way. That is what we exist for. That is what we will do, or die trying.
The GracedLife Leadership Centre is a non-profit centre for leadership and entrepreneurship in Africa, established to raise leaders, reorient mindsets, inspire change, and develop a culture of selflessness and integrity among young Africans. TGLC is a place to grow, to dream, and to build.
A network of principled, change-driven servant leaders pioneering Africa’s development and transformation.
Our leaders build in five Impact Labs.
We believe life and all its blessings are gifts, freely given, and meant to be shared through service that makes every life better.
Every leader in our core programme walks the same four-stage journey. We call it IRES.

Raising the next generation leaders is everyone’s responsibility. The youth are Africa’s future and raising them cannot be done by one person or one institution.
The Partnership Village is a community of selfless, devoted and passionate people who are ready to commit their skills, knowledge, expertise and substance (cash or kind) towards the development of the next generation of leaders in Africa across all sectors.
To help Africa, we must help its youths. Our partnership village provides the opportunity for training, mentorship, skill and knowledge sharing, and supporting aspiring leaders in Africa to lead the change they so desire through leadership, entrepreneurship and community development.

Give financially as a Financial Partner, or commit your skills, knowledge and expertise through training, mentorship and skill sharing as a Working Partner.
No one raises a leader alone. We work with the UBC Sauder School of Business on LIFT Ghana, universities, colleges and schools across Ghana, and mentors, coaches and corporate volunteers. In 2024 we worked with CDKN and SouthSouthNorth on youth climate action.
Give your staff’s time: employees can mentor a leader or coach an Impact Lab, and their hours can count towards your company’s volunteering programme. Partner on a programme: co-run a training, a bootcamp or a Youth Think Next day in a school. Open doors: host leaders for site visits and internships, or bring your expertise to a Lab.
Most programmes end at training. Ours begins there. We hold leadership and entrepreneurship together. Every leader joins an Impact Lab, builds a project with a team and is measured by what they build.
Nothing. Every place in our Leadership Development Training is a fully funded scholarship, so selection depends on commitment, not money.
